Should you wish to cancel an order, please use the cancellation request feature located in order details in your account page. To access this, use the login link located in the header of the website. You can also access via the link in your order confirmation email. If you encounter any issues with this, please reach out as soon as possible to us via the chat support feature on our website. We will do our best to honour these cancellation requests before your order is dispatched, however during particularly hectic periods (such as after a product drop) there may be delays or messages not seen in time. For this reason it is important that you try to contact us about a cancellation as soon as possible.
