Refund policy

Returns:

Under UK law, you are entitled to return any items purchased within 14 days of receipt. After this period, it is at the discretion of Caledonian Clones on a case by case basis. Returned goods must be in the condition they were sold to you and in their original sealed packaging (where applicable). This does not affect your consumer rights. Faulty goods can be returned or exchanged if they do not meet the standards advertised. If you have reason to believe your purchase is faulty, or are unsatisfied, please use the contact information on our website to arrange a suitable solution.

Due to the nature of our products, and the tight margins we operate under, we cannot accept claims for damaged or faulty goods after the 14 day period unless proof can be supplied that the fault was present upon receipt or due to a manufacturing defect. Printing errors, cracked torsos, or loose joints must be reported within 14 days, otherwise the goods will be assumed to be in working and satisfactory order.

For returns due to customer request: Customers are responsible for payment and safe packaging of the item(s) in question. Returns may incur a small restocking fee. For individual items, this fee is 2% of the amount paid for the cancelled items. Cross-border fees paid by the recipient, either at the point of purchase or upon arrival into the destination country, are the responsibility of the customer to claim back from their respective customs authority.

For returns due to faults or manufacturing defects: Caledonian Clones will cover return postage if the item(s) are requested to be returned, and provide a replacement or refund where applicable.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the postage documentation is filled in correctly. For international customers, return postage must state that the contents are "RETURNED GOODS", and this must be reflected in the customs declarations. Failure to do so may result in cross border fees that will have to be paid by Caledonian Clones. In this event, any charges incurred by Caledonian Clones will be deducted from the refund upon receipt of the returned goods.
