Shipping policy

Dispatch Times: Once placed, orders are dispatched as soon as possible. The goal time is within 1-5 working days, however during certain periods this may take longer (examples include when we are out of the country, or during a new product drop when order quantities increase above normal rates).

Shipping Times: Shipping times vary depending on the option selected at checkout. For domestic orders (excluding Isle of Man and Channel Islands), shipping times can be determined from the Royal Mail website. For international orders, orders can take 7-21 days, depending on region postage carriers and international freight situations. If you believe your international order has gone missing, please contact your local courier company to enquire. We ask that at least 45 days be given before contacting us to declare the package missing.
